Return Policy
All goods sold are non-returnable, therefore make sure that you take your time and make a final decision before you make your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Sign on the delivery slip to accept your purchase only after you are completely satisfied with it.
Order Acceptance and Pricing
Please note that not all orders can be processed due to a variety of reasons. FengShui-Gift.com reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to reject or cancel any order. You might be asked to provide supplementary verification or information like the mobile number and address in order to ensure a legitimate order.
Though we give all our effort to ensure users get the most accurate information on our online store, errors do happen from time to time, such as the case when the price of a product is not displayed correctly on the website. Therefore, we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in case of any discrepancies. If the product is mispriced in a way, we could either, at our sole discretion, contact you for instructions or immediately cancel your order and inform you of the cancellation. We can, in any case, refuse or cancel any order, whether it is confirmed or not and regardless of whether your credit card or bank account is charged.
Replacement of Goods
If you include a refund policy for unsatisfied customers, the situation will be resolved right away. If you want a replacement for your Feng Shui purchase, the company will give you one. Do this by emailing our sales at sales@fengshuigift.com. Please also return the merchandise to us in its original state upon delivery and let us know within 72 hours the request for a replacement.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When you are ordering products from FengShui-Gift.com, you are the one who is responsible for making sure first whether the products you want to order are legally imported to the destination country because the customs policies differ from country to country.
Your purchase may incur import tax, customs duties, and other fees at your local customs office, and we advise you to inquire with your local customs office about these charges, if any, and its policies. For you, the duties, taxes, and fees, if any will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. Delivery cost refunds are not available. Only orders that have not been shipped out are allowed to be cancelled timeously. Kindly email us directly at sales@fengshuigift.com to cancel your order.
Missing Orders
We do not process claims about missing purchases more than 2 weeks after the order has been made. Please call us right away if you haven’t received your order in time. Suppliers generally take about 7-10 working days to deliver standard orders. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you believe that the delivery is way overdue, please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@fengshuigift.com and we will take appropriate measures (don’t forget the order number).
Damaged Goods
The majority of the parcels we send are by very reliable courier services who are well known in the industry significantly minimizing this risk. Damage is improbable, and we encourage you to open your order when it arrives and to accept it only if the merchandise is in good condition. When the products are defective you need to refuse delivery of and immediately notify us at sales@fengshui-gift.com. One of our representatives will assist you in respect of all issues related to damaged, substandard or incomplete deliveries.
